  • Fees stated above is inclusive of 18% goods and services tax
  • Online payment shall attract 3% payment gateway charges

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancelation of the registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at bestofoncologysrilanka@mci-group.com
  • Cancelation within 30 days of the registration: 50% retention charges applicable
  • Cancelation after 31 days to 60 days: 75% retention charges applicable
  • Cancelation request after 30th November 2021: 100% retention charges applicable
  • All the refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference
